The ideal candidate will have experience providing comprehensive audiology services in a clinical setting, including diagnostic testing, hearing evaluations, and hearing aid fittings and follow-up care. While minimum of 1–2 years of experience is preferred, we welcome candidates at all levels, including recent graduates with strong clinical training and a passion for patient-centered care. Experience in outpatient or ENT clinic environments is beneficial, along with familiarity using audiometric equipment, hearing aid programming software, and electronic health records. A background in hearing aid counseling and sales is also valuable, as this position plays a key role in supporting both clinical outcomes and the clinic’s hearing aid program.

JOB SUMMARY

This role provides comprehensive diagnostic audiology services along with hearing aid testing, fitting, and sales. The Audiologist plays a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional hearing healthcare while also contributing to the clinic’s operational and financial success through hearing aid revenue. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive audiological evaluations, interpreting results to support diagnosis and treatment planning, and providing hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up care. The Audiologist will educate patients on hearing loss and device use, manage hearing aid inventory and repairs, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Additional responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and staff, staying current with advancements in hearing technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to clinic meetings and ongoing training.
