Position Summary
St. Camillus, a mission-driven senior living community, is seeking a qualified and experienced Executive Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care to oversee the daily operations and regulatory compliance of our Assisted Living and Memory Care services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, service delivery, and resident satisfaction in alignment with the mission and values of St. Camillus.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all operational aspects of the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including DHS and CBRF requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure quality care and regulatory adherence.
• Provide strategic leadership to staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance resident experience and organizational performance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance initiatives to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Wisconsin, or eligibility under DHS 83.15 to serve as a CBRF Administrator.
• A minimum of three (3) years of progressive management experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Elder Justice Act, assisted living regulations, and relevant legal and procedural guidelines.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including staff development, change management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinical database systems.
