Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare information systems management, including EHR and practice management systems.
- Demonstrated experience with system implementation, integration, and optimization projects in a physician practice or ambulatory care setting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and physician practice operations
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
- Proven track record of vendor management, budget oversight, and strategic planning in healthcare IT.
- At least 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing technical and/or clinical informatics teams.
