What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at St. Clair Nursing Center?
As a Dining Service Cook you will prepare nutritionally balanced meals, snacks and beverages for residents, employees and family members. You will also provide input as requested by the Dietary Manager regarding supplies and any food related items that are needed. You will always practice a person centered care and a high level of customer service to the Residents/Patients, Families, Visitors and Staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 16
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with lock out tag out procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
- Experience in meal planning, budgeting/dietary operations and resident admission/discharge.
