What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Advisor position at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union?
Member Advisor 2 Full Time
This Member Advisor 2 position is responsible to provide a superior member experience in the call (virtual) center toward our mission, handling member calls, emails, bill pay, mobile banking and messages in a timely manner. Provides service/account functions involving the accurate handling of money transfers, new accounts, CDs, HSA’s, IRA’s, resolves account-related problems and assists members in utilizing our products and services based on the member's unique needs.
This person will thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and set SCFCU apart from the competition by making a 'meaningful difference' with members, representing the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

Education/Experience Required: one to three years similar or related experience and a high school education or GED.
