St. Elizabeth Care Center, LLC a 60-bed skilled long-term primary medical care facility located in St. Elizabeth, Missouri, is currently seeking LPN’s that are interested in starting a long-term career with a facility that has one of a kind census. If you are looking for something new and challenging in your career, please stop by and see us. We have both geriatric and behavior management residents. Successful applicants must have an unencumbered LPN Missouri license and provide a good work effort, a team approach and excellent quality of care. Shifts are currently 12 hours and are available on night shift.
Job Duties:
1. Assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, document
2. Admissions-Perform complete assessment, complete MAR, TAR, POS, Review chart set-up, complete physician orders, order meds
3. Discharge-Complete documentation, notify doctor/obtain orders, notify guardian, set-up transportation
4. Wounds-Follow various types of wound protocols, irrigate, pack, remove
5. Lead CNA’s, CMT’s, and follow facility protocols and policies
6. Handle emergency situations
