RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience
LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience
Weekday Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
Weekend Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour
Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for full-time positions

Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Care: Provide high-quality care to residents in compliance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
- Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and other nursing staff in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
