Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required; teaching certification is preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; prior experience in elementary education is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.
