Duties

- Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and hygiene.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization in play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Plan and lead educational activities that align with early childhood development principles.
- Stay informed about child development trends and best practices in caregiving.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in settings such as babysitting, nannying, or preschool environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles to support the growth of children effectively.
- Strong behavior management skills to foster positive behavior among children.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other caregivers.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- A background in early childhood education or related fields is a plus.
