## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele.
## Duties
- Greet and welcome customers warmly
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on pricing and availability
- Process transactions involving varied forms of payment accurately and efficiently, in accordance with company policy
- Handle in-person and telephone customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock when necessary
## Experience and Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, positive demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or related field preferred
- Ability to work well independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.67 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
