Job Title: Direct Support Professional- Community Home- Wyscarver
St Joseph Home is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our new Community Home in Sharonville, OH. The DSP will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The position is available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, and the average base pay is $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
- Assist individuals with community integration and participation in recreational activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for our residents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required.
- COVID vaccine required.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and less than 6 points on your license
