The typical schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with a 37.5-hour work week. The incumbent may be asked to work 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. once or twice per week.
The salary range reflected above is the normal hiring range for 2024. The full salary range, including longevity pay, is $23.74 - $34.57 per hour.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Pass/Fail):
High school diploma or its equivalent.- Four (4) years full-time paid verifiable administrative experience; OR equivalent education and/or experience as determined by the Director of Human Resources and Administration.
- Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer-based systems.
- Proficiency in operating word processing software.
- Ability to type from clear copy at a rate of 40 w.p.m./net.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
