Job Summary:
The primary role of this position is developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with printing and mailing services experience, good presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build new trusted relationships. We will provide in-depth training that will educate you on the diversity of our industry and the most important qualities of the services we offer to ensure you have the skills needed to achieve success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Confer with customers by telephone, email or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Submit quotes for services.
- Process work orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product and pricing.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
- Monitor workflow on projects and communicate with customers accordingly.
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of organizational principles associated with complex coordinating, consulting, and operational relationships, particularly management, education, administrative, purchasing, inventory/property, and control relationships.
- Knowledge of office management, problem-solving management techniques, and data processing.
- Ability to manage personnel resources.
Education and Experience:
- An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
