Position Summary:
St. Luke United Methodist Church is seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our congregation, staff, and visitors. A background check is required.As an employee of ST. Facility Cleaning & Maintenance

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others, including church staff, volunteers, and congregation members.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to maintain a positive morale in all work situations.
