How you will make an impact:
As a Painter at St. Mark Village, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming senior living environment by performing interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and minor drywall repairs. You’ll also assist with general maintenance tasks such as light plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, filter changes, and furniture moves. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and confidentiality standards, and a resident-focused approach. You'll inspect units, respond to maintenance requests, support move-ins/outs, and report any safety or well-being concerns, working both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, 7:30am-4:00pm.
What you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with a focus on painting (required).
- Trade school degree or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred).
- Ability to read safety and maintenance documents and write basic reports and correspondence.
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
