The Director of Oncology/Cancer Services is highly skilled and experienced. Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, registered nursing or a related field required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare management or related field preferred.
- BLS required.
- A record of progressive responsibility in healthcare management and leadership spanning at least five (5) years. Extensive clinical knowledge of oncology and wound care services.
- Strong understanding of oncology clinical operations, treatment modalities, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, public speaking, market development and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and achieve strategic objectives.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
