What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - ACT position at St. Patrick Center?
The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Registered Nurse. This is a part time position working a minimum of 20 hours per week and will provide professional, quality program services to the clients served by the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. The Registered Nurse will promote the physical and mental health of clients on the ACT Team and work with other members of the treatment team to assist clients to obtain and maintain an optimum quality of life. This position will provide clinical oversight to staff by monitoring, educating, coaching, and instructing clients as needed and will assist by providing treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and case management services to clients with severe and persistent mental illness and chemical dependency problems.
