What are the responsibilities and job description for the JV Soccer Coach position at St. Thomas Aquinas High School?
We are seeking a soccer coach to lead our JV girls' team. A background in playing soccer and some coaching experience is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate our players and help them hone their skills. We prefer candidates with coaching experience, but your experience on the soccer field is the most essential qualification for this coaching position.
Soccer Coach Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to develop engaging practice plans
- Lead practices to help players improve their performance
- Strategize on player positions
- Make calls and substitutions during games
- Have a personality that encourages players to have fun
