Description:
ST Tissue, LLC. manufacturers tissue products for the away-from-home market using 100% recycled fibers. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasic individual to join our team as a Utility Operator. This position is ideal for candidates that are experience in the manufacturing field or are looking to start their career in a fast-paced environment where they can gain experience in industrial operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation of production machinery and equipment
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate records of production output
- Collaborate with experienced operators and supervisors to implement best practices in production operations
- Use forklifts or clamp trucks to load and unload trailers
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Sorting, staging, and moving wastepaper into production line
- Wrapping and labeling finished product
Preferred Experienced:
- Fork or clamp truck experience
- Manufacturing and production experience

Occasionally: Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or ramps, bend forward at the waist, crouch, push, pull, twist, drive, handle, reach above the shoulders, use hand tools, reach below shoulder, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Vision: Must be able to see color, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
