FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Shift - 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Swing Shift

This position monitors staff, clients, visitors and access points and allocates resources to
certain locations or situation as needed.
Essential Functions

-Receives incoming calls and radio communication and allocates resources as needed.
-Documents and communicates every call and incident.
-Analyzes calls-for-service data or Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and prepares and presents
incident and statistical reports and case notes to identify high-risk areas.
-Monitors CCTV and radio systems and reviews footage as needed.
-Copies, sorts, files and distributes reports, letters, complaints, etc.
Job Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED.
-At least 6 months of customer service experience using a multiple phone line system.
-Basic user of MS Office.
-Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/or other screenings when necessary.

-Work is normally performed in a typical inside environment which does not subject the
employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
Physical Demand
-Bending and Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at waist.
-Light Carrying/Lifting: Physically transporting, raising items from a lower to a higher
position, or moving objects horizontally weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to
another.
-Mobility Requirement: Ability to get from one office location to another.
-Reaching above shoulder: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
-Repetitive motion: Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, fingers, and/or upper body
