Our group psychology practice is seeking a warm, skilled, and dedicated mental health professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMSW, or PsyD – licensed or post-doc) to join our growing team. This role involves providing in-person psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Our practice specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and related emotional and behavioral challenges in children and teens. We strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and family-focused environment where clinical care is informed by empathy, evidence, and individualized attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough intake evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for child and adolescent clients
- Provide individual and family therapy to address a range of mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other clinicians, caregivers, and schools as appropriate to support client care
- Attend individual and/or group supervision as needed
Qualifications
- LMHC, LCSW, LMSW, or PsyD (licensed or post-doctoral candidates will be considered)
- Experience working with children and adolescents is required
- Strong understanding of developmental psychology and child/family systems
- Comfort treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and ASD in youth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
