I hope all is well. Our client located in the Athens, Ga area has an immediate need for a "Hands-on" Construction Accountant. The position is open due to growth. This is a permanent opportunity. Below is a snapshot of the opportunity.

Salary: $60k to $85k /- doe plus Full Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision and a generous PTO and program.
Duties include the following:
- Assist the Controller with the monthly financials
- Process AP and AR
- Maintain Construction in Progress schedule
- Maintain fixed assets schedules and record depreciation entries
- Special Projects as needed
- Multi-Site Accounting
Requirements:
- 3 Years Experience
- Accounting Degree is plus - NOT REQUIRED
- Must have QuickBooks
- Construction industry experience a must
