Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: Up to $65,000
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of our company, including maintaining financial records, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bookkeeping process, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
