- Conducting assessments: Helping to assess behaviors and identify treatment goals.
- Implementing treatment plans: Assisting in the development and application of behavior intervention plans.
- Monitoring progress: Tracking client progress and making adjustments to programs as needed.
- Training others: Training staff, caregivers, or family members on behavior management techniques.
- Documenting data: Collecting and analyzing data to ensure effectiveness of interventions.
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must have up to date certification in the state of IL
