Staffing Network is looking for door installers in Union City.

Shift: 8 AM

Pay: $21

This Dock and Door Technician will install, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on customer dock and door equipment across the company's entire territory. The successful Dock & Door Technician will also promote our services and products in a professional manner, providing the best possible customer experience to each and every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work safely and follow all operational procedures at all times

· Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment

· Install new equipment

· Identify, order, or make necessary parts to repair equipment

· Perform necessary repairs to restore equipment to working condition

· Complete work accurately and as promised to the customer

· Test equipment to validate proper performance

· Ensure work area is safe and clear of debris, tools, and equipment, especially upon leaving

· Willing to build up personal tool inventory over time

Requirements

. Strong mechanical knowledge

·Experience in construction and power tools

· Ability to follow direction and remain curious with a desire to learn

· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

· Ability and willingness to maneuver up to 125 pounds with assistance of equipment or other team members

· Ability and willingness to concentrate on a task for long periods, without being easily distracted

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with ease

· Willingness to work in a variety of temperatures and environments, and around fumes such as gas, solvents, or paints

· Basic knowledge of computer and ability to take photos and upload/type information into tablet and/or computer

· Ability to drive a motor vehicle and other industrial equipment to travel to customer sites

· Clear Drug screen, background, and DMV report
