Desktop Support Technician Level I
Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months to 1 year)
Pay Rate: $27–$30/hr. W2
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Atlanta, GA 30324
Dress Code: Business professional (tie required daily)
Position Summary
Seeking a Desktop / Device Support Technician to deliver white-glove, executive-level support in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role is device-focused, requiring hands-on support for iPhones, iPads, laptops, and desktops. Ideal candidates are professional, self-sufficient, and comfortable supporting executives.
Required Experience
- 2 years of device support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
- 4 years of total IT support if no degree
- Help Desk → Device Support progression acceptable
- Experience supporting:
- Windows desktops/laptops
- iPhones and iPads
- Active Directory experience preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced support environments
- Ability to consistently meet service goals
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove support to executives and end users
- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot:
- Desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, and peripherals
- Configure and manage devices using:
- Intune, MECM/SCCM, AirWatch
- Build and maintain gold images
- Package and deploy applications
- Support Windows administration and Active Directory
- Document work accurately in ITSM tools
- Clearly communicate technical information to users of all skill levels
- Support applications including Office 365, Outlook, browsers, VPN, CRM, and presentation tools

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
