In this crucial position, you'll manage and verify set appointments, respond to customer and sales representative inquiries, and ensure our call center adheres to compliance standards through detailed audits.
Your goal will be to confirm appointments with precision and efficiently handle those that need rescheduling or additional information.
Pay : $18 / hr
Shift : Monday-Saturday (5 days within the 6 AM - 7 PM window, 8 hours per day)
Responsibilities :
- Verify appointment details for accuracy
- Audit call center interactions to ensure compliance and completeness
- Respond promptly to texts from customers and sales representatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior full-time work experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Suite
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in spelling and grammar
- Ability to work efficiently while seated and use office equipment for extended periods
- Comfortable transitioning between sitting and standing positions
- Detail-oriented with strong concentration abilities
- Good manual dexterity for handling objects
- Clear communication skills and the ability to understand and be understood
- Flexibility to meet deadlines and perform occasional light lifting (5-10 pounds)
