Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift : Monday - Friday | 6 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM As a Dock Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment within the Shipping and Receiving department. This role is essential in managing customer care, checking in drivers, coordinating traffic for shipping and receiving with warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth operations. You will act as the "air traffic controller" of the office, handling a variety of administrative tasks, researching order issues, updating truck logs, and supporting drivers and warehouse personnel. Responsibilities : Coordinate with warehouse staff and manage driver check-ins. Perform administrative tasks including order changes, entering orders and receipts, processing paperwork, and researching product issues. Update truck logs and assist drivers with any shipping-related inquiries. Handle multi-tasking duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining communication with drivers and warehouse teams. Use Excel to track and manage orders and updates. Qualifications : Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Above-average written and verbal communication skills. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to multi-task. Experience working in a shipping and receiving warehouse. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Professional phone etiquette and a cooperative attitude.
