Responsibilities
- Lead projects related to continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead / support kaizen events.
- Coach / train on Lean tools and techniques.
- Lead the deployment of the Lean Management System including 5S and Standard Work.
- Help deploy and mature the Daily Management System with relevant metrics.
- Coach / guide through 5-minute kaizens and structured A3 problem-solving.
- Deploy / utilize remaining subsystems to solve systemic problems.
