Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team! This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate must live in or near Edmond, OK, and be available for occasional local errands such as picking up paperwork, checking the company mailbox, or making bank deposits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Reconcile accounts and manage financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Maintain organized and accurate digital and paper records
- Support general office administration (email correspondence, filing, mail handling)
- Run occasional local errands (e.g. picking up paperwork, checking mail, making deposits)
Requirements:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be based in Edmond, OK or nearby
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of general small business admin practices
