Customer Service Agent - Hospitality

The Stage Coach Inn is an 84-room hotel. We are looking for fulltime Front Desk Associates to join our team in the beautiful town of West Yellowstone, Montana. This is a very unique opportunity for someone looking to relocate to West Yellowstone, with many adventurous actives in our area during your off time. We provide housing for full time employees and is located very close to work, dining, shopping, activities, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be able to problem solve.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Ability to perform numerical operations using basic math.
• Applicant must be over the age of 14 in order to be employed in the State of Montana
• Minors are not eligible for company housing unless their parents are also employed by the company and reside in company housing.
• Employees must be drug-free while on company premises, including housing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk while maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
• Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard and ensure that standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel service facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
• Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures as required.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly efficient and courteous manner.
• Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
