Description
The Gardens at Columbine is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community and we are seeking a dependable, customer service focused Dining Room Supervisor to oversee, schedule and train our servers.
Schedule: Full-time (non-tipped position). $500 Retention Bonus
Working server shifts along side the servers. The hours will fluctuate between 6:30 a.m.-2:30p.m. and 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. depending on needs of our community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Schedule a team of 10-15 servers. .
- Train, lead, direct, and coach servers.
- Dining Room Supervisor will also be scheduled to work as server: taking meal orders, serving meals, busing tables and completing other food services tasks.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant setting
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
Has worked in fast-paced setting food environment
Ideal candidate has worked in a retirement community
