Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with home builders and general contractors.

- Manage customer accounts, including regular communication and follow-up.
- Demonstrate stair products to potential clients, ensuring their understanding of our offerings.
- Report on progress and sales efforts, tracking goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
- Provide feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry (home building, contracting, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
