We are offering $33-$35 / hour for an LVN, depending on experience, plus incredible benefits. This position is for an LVN who has skills necessary to manage a small team of medical assistants and their providers, in a manner that fosters a positive work environment, promotes team spirit, follows company policy, and is attentive to detail.
We are looking for an LVN with the following qualities and experience :
- Minimum of 1-3 years LVN experience
- Some supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to gain respect of subordinates, manage the unit effectively, while being a kind servant leader
- Great problem solving abilities
- Very organized; Attention to detail
- Phlebotomy and Venipuncture experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Honest, responsible, and reliable
- Excellent people skills - gets along well with patients and fellow workers, low drama
- Truly kind and caring and compassionate of others and their needs
- Enjoys learning and growing
- Thrives in an active, vibrant, positive work setting
- Motivated and efficient
- Has an interest and capacity to assist in researching and writing basic healthcare policies as needed
- Must be available 12 hour shifts, including some Sundays.
