- Front desk/Optometric assistant: Duties include greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance benefits, pre-testing patients, handling incoming calls. High volume phone and patient flow must sound fun to you!
File Clerk: responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing both physical and electronic records for an organization. Ensure that patients charts are properly filed, easily accessible, and stored securely. Key duties include sorting, classifying, and archiving documents, as well as retrieving files upon request. File clerks also play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of records
