Stan is diving headfirst into a bold new chapter with our AI product, Stanley. Based on what weâve already seen, we believe it will transform how Creators not only approach content creation â but how they master it.
Weâre looking for a scrappy, creative hustler whoâs excited to be at the forefront of AI and help lead Stan into its next chapter. If you thrive at the intersection of sales and relationship management â and youâre ready to hustle â this role might be for you.
- Do you love all things Creators? Do you live and breathe social media? Do you take pride in your hustle and sales ability, as well as your knack for building genuine, long-lasting relationships?
- Here at Stan â we work with the internetâs biggest Creators to help them monetize and pursue their dreams.
- We need your help launching our newest product: Stanley AI. Your focus is bringing in the right early users, turning their onboarding into a memorable experience, coaching them to use Stanley to amplify their voices, and building a long-lasting and meaningful partnership.
- End goal: you take pride in the massive rolodex of top LinkedIn Creators youâve personally worked with to build the business of their dreams.

- Scrappy, Dedicated Hustler: You pride yourself on your ability to crank outreach, while also being creative and clever - How will you differentiate yourself among the hundreds of DMs and emails a Creator receives?
- Building Relationships: You love working with people and enjoy building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with top Creators. Your goal is not only convince them to use Stanley, but eventually refer their audience!
- Organized Operator: Can manage a large pipeline of Creators and keep them on schedule (i.e. consistently posting on social media about Stanley)
- Chronically Online: Has a savvy intuition for what kind of content performs well on social - Can you find out what this is and coach our Creators to implement and execute?
- Ownership Mentality: Youâre looking for a ton of autonomy, growth, and impact - Weâre moving fast and a lot is changing, so we need to top talent to hit the ground running, and partner with us to build the team!
- Extremely Adaptable: Youâre unfazed by ambiguity and thrive in fast-changing environments. Whether plans shift or priorities evolve, youâre quick to adjust and keep things moving forward.
âď¸ Qualifications
- Experience:Â 2 years in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Talent Management, or other related fields
- Location: Must be LA- or Toronto-based, or willing to relocate
- Preferred Background: Experience working for startups and with small teams
- Bonus: Experience working with Creators â especially those on LinkedIn around personal branding, content strategy, and helping them grow and engage a professional audience on the platform
