Job responsibilities:
- Produce associates have the responsibility of providing all guests with exceptional customer service.
- Must ensure all service standards are frequently met and often exceed company expectations.
- Rotate and monitor quality of products and signs, stock and merchandise products in their department, build product displays.
- Responsible for completing all stocking and clean-up duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist with the actual store operation activities such as cleaning or hanging signs, depending upon business needs.
- Assist in back-stock, and ensure the timely return of all items
- Other duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements:
- Must be capable of providing exceptional customer service.
- Must have excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, store leadership, and fellow-team members.
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in groups.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
