What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor position at StandGuard Aquatics?
Swim Instructor –
Swim Instructors are expected to provide instruction in our “Learn to Swim” programs offered through the American Red Cross. All Swim Instructors must have a current WSI certification to be considered for employment. Swim Instructors will be assigned lessons for each session. Workloads during each session will depend on experience and past performance teaching lessons. All Swim Instructors MUST be Red Cross WSI certified.
1.Have a lesson plan ready to go.
2.Take attendance every day
3.Have your teaching area set up before class and pick up all your teaching tools after the class.
4.Always have feedback for each parent on the progress of their child.
5.Turn in Rosters to Coordinator on last day of class (this is how you get paid)
