Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director provide leadership and support in core academics and instruction at both the division and site levels. Lead professional development, curriculum development, instructional modeling, and coaching to enhance teaching and learning. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional programs, processes, and procedures to improve educational outcomes. Collaborate with directors and site principals to align instructional strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: - At least five (5) years of teaching experience. - Valid CA Teaching Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) (Attach a copy to application) NOTE - Position is for an alternative education setting. Experience with instructional leadership and coaching desired. Experience supporting secondary Career Technical Education (CTE) programs and college/career readiness desired. RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS: -Resume -Letter of Interest -Letters of Recommendation REQUIRED PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT: -Fingerprint, Physical/drug screen, and TB clearance -Official transcripts
