What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reprographics Operator position at Stanley Consultants, Inc.?
Sycamore Printing is seeking a Reprographics Operator to work fulltime, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. As of day one of hire, this position is eligible for great insurance benefits along with personal time off and holiday pay. Under the direction of management, the Reprographics Operator will be involved in all aspects of daily operations and activities within the printing department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Follow procedures to run print jobs in proper order and ensure accurate and timely completion of production assignments
- Quality check every job to ensure client requested specifications were followed prior to delivery
- Accurately log all job request data in appropriate logs or into web-based production system
- Copy, collate and bind a variety of materials
- Maintain equipment according to published standards
- Ability to perform each duty in a timely manner and in accordance with the quality standards set forth by the company
- Initiative and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with copy/printer office machines
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and task driven
- Experience using Microsoft office
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work standing up to 80 percent of the time
