Your Opportunity

Stantec’s Government Services division is seeking a Database Analyst and Maximo Subject Matter Expert, (SME), to provide helpdesk technical support for US Coast Guard Maximo users enterprise-wide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to train and assist distributed users virtually in the use Maximo to achieve USCG facility maintenance objectives.
• Possess multi-discipline technical knowledge of operations and maintenance of building systems.
• Support users to implement Maximo effectively and in compliance with enterprise standards.
• Monitor enterprise maintenance KPIs and proactively encourage and support users to improve performance.
• This position can be remote with reliable internet connection.
  
  

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Maximo Subject Matter Expertise including the following modules:
• PM
• Work Order tracking
• Assets
• Locations
• Inventory
• Reporting
• Data analysis
• Position requires an FBI background check, (an active FBI background check a plus).
• Position requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager certifications are desirable.
• Position requires a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Minimum education and work experience: an associate degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Maximo experience.

Salary Range(s)

• $98,200 - $162,000 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO, HI, MD and IL
• CA Other Areas $98,200 - CA Other Areas $162,000 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)
  
  

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
