Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of insurance products, including property, casualty, auto, and liability insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent customer service skills, and be an independent thinker with strong problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Assess clients' property and casualty insurance requirements and recommend coverage.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to provide optimal solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
