Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products with precision and ensuring their prompt dispatch to meet customer expectations. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will be key in supporting effective fulfillment and smooth shipping operations.

Hourly Rate: $28

Primary Duties:

• Carefully package products to ensure safe and secure delivery, following established packaging guidelines.
• Label and tag shipments accurately to prevent any confusion during transit.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
• Complete all necessary shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain organized storage, ensuring easy product retrieval.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control, stock organization, and restocking as needed.
• Prepare shipments for both domestic and international delivery, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for operating shipping software and tracking orders.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
