What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flagger position at Star Construction?
Overview

As a Flagger, you will be a part of the construction of telecommunications to ensure the work performed is within standards required to meet the needs of our customers.
What you’ll do…
- You will perform traffic control and flagging activities
- You will be responsible for following safety rules and regulations on all work zone and flagging sites, including placing signs, barricades, traffic cones and other warning devices
- You may also be assigned other duties as needed
Qualifications
Who we are looking for…
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have 1 or more years of flagging
- You have knowledge of techniques of traffic control.
- You have knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations, and safety standards in hazardous traffic environments as well as federal and state safety laws and regulations
