Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (huddle is 8-8:30am)
Tuesday and Thursday – 7:00am to 4:00pm (huddle is 7-7:30am)
Friday – 8:00am to 1:00pm (huddle is 8-8:30am)

Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentists chairside
- Welcomes patients
- Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
- Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
- Instrument sterilization according to regulations
- Maintains accurate patient records
- Lab tasks as instructed
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Maintain clean and stocked operatories
Qualifications
- EDDA preferred
- Dental Assistant training/school certification
- 2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience
- Need to be flexible, open, positive, enjoys working in a team environment and can make a temp crown and take diagnostic xrays
- Cross trained with front office responsibilies preferred
- Comfortable and up to date with new dental technology
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Experience with digital software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
