Essential Functions
- Provides support, processes quote requests, makes note of availability and lead time
requirements when requested. - Communicates with customers on pricing and terms given by the Sales team
- Calculates special pricing using internal guidelines
- Provides accurate pricing and lead time on quote requests
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer quotes through ERP by obtaining a list from customers via phone and/or email
- Daily interactions with inside sales representatives, outside sales representatives, purchasing
department, and others - Route all special pricing requests through Sales Management through the email procedure for
approval - Communicate with management in regard to processes, policy and procedures
