Our exceptional school in Plymouth, MA is looking for Infant/Toddler Teachers to complete our TEAM.
Enjoy leading activities that help kids engage with peers while promoting cognitive growth through analytical thinking skills, cooperation, conflict resolution and life lessons.
To be successful at Starboard Academy, our teachers should be energetic, loving and able to encourage self-expression with each child. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of child development.
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized classroom
- Planning and delivering lessons that are designed to facilitate each child's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Overseeing children's basic needs as well as encouraging independence
- Modeling appropriate behaviors at all times
- Communicating with families to better understand each child as well sharing information about what is going on in your classroom
- Tracking students developmental progress through portfolios, observations and parent/teacher conferences

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
