This is a salaried, full-time position at our Plymouth, Michigan office.

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Plymouth, MI office.
- Support the provisioning and installation of new desktop computers.
- Help troubleshoot basic problems reported by users, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Provide input on future upgrades.
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for handling server issues outside of working hours.
- Assist in maintaining network and system security.
- Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Maintain an Asset Inventory system.
- Support the administration of Active Directory.
- Assist in managing servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.
- Support LANs, VPNs, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Help manage a virtualized server infrastructure using VMWare.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt well to changes in the work environment
- Efficiently interact with all users at various skill levels
- Communicate effectively both in written and verbal exchanges
- 1-2 years IT support experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
