Director of Manufacturing

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Manufacturing to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes and a proven track record of driving efficiency and quality improvements. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage teams, optimize production workflows, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement production strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance to streamline operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively while identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing processes through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or similar process improvement techniques.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in PEMB/ Steel Fabrication Industry is Required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
