Stark County TASC, Inc. is a dynamic behavioral health agency providing services for individuals with both alcohol/drug and mental health needs.
Full-time position available to provide care coordination to individuals, ages 18-30, that are incarcerated in the Stark County Jail in order to help facilitate a transition plan to the community. The Coordinator will also monitor those clients in the community, following their release from jail, to assist in completing the transition plan and ensuring individuals connect with needed services and legal commitments.
Minimum requirements include documented experience providing both alcohol/drug and mental health services. A LCDC III, LICDC, LSW or LPC is preferred. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to work a flexible schedule including some evening hours as scheduled. Background checks and drug screen required and provided.
